Cookies Policy
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on koretreat.com.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies let the site remember preferences and recognise return visits. Local storage is similar but persists differently.
Cookies and storage we use
[TODO: legal review] Confirm and list each: (a) Essential — session identifiers, theme/locale preferences, intro-animation flag (sessionStorage). (b) Functional — admin-CMS auth token in localStorage for editors (only on /admin/). (c) Analytics — none currently. If you add Google Analytics, Plausible or similar, list the cookie names, provider and retention.
Third-party cookies
[TODO: legal review] Embedded fonts are served from fonts.googleapis.com — confirm whether this sets cookies in your configuration. The CMS at /admin/ communicates with github.com — that subdomain is not accessible to public visitors.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break form submission and language switching. Each major browser publishes instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Changes
We update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent change.
